FOC helps their member organizations with high level strategic business planning, as well as project operation plans. With expertise in remote projects, FOC's Core Team is well-versed in co-developing plans that cover all the details, and include back up planning that is critical when operating in remote regions of Canada.

FOC's Core Team specializes in finding opportunities for our members, and proposal writing for these opportunities. From large corporations' complex RFP responses to  grassroots junior exploration proposals - we have done it all. We support our members drafting their proposals for clients and supporting them through proposal drafting, contract development and signing, through supporting our members in contract execution to the highest of standards.

FOC supports members with their branding visions. Joining the FOC as a member means these companies also receive our support with graphic design work - such as logo design, website development, marketing material development and distribution and more. 

FOC supports our members through financial processes, including annual budgeting and forecasting, target development, project budgetting, and more. FOC members also get access to FOC's finance software, Quickbooks - as well as training and support with financial planning and administrative support from our Core Team.

FOC supports entrepreneurial members with administrative start up functions such as; business registration, tax numbers, incorporation, banking set up, insurance set up, worksafe bc registration, local chamber of commerce registrations, social media accounts and more. We've done it all and we can support you along the same journey.

FOC supports our members in finding and applying for funding grants under a variety of categories that would be relevant to the diverse businesses we welcome as members. Through the use of membership access only grant hubs, we see all grants available at any time and will monitor this hub to ensure we are optimizing grant funding opportunities for our members.
